With a population of about 1.1 billion people (16% of the world population), Africa is the 2nd most populous continent with 54 countries and the second largest continent with about 30 million sq. km. of land.
Explore Bermuda
Located in the north Atlantic Ocean Bermuda has a population of about 64,000 and is 21 square miles in size. As a British Territory, its closest neighbour is Cape Hatteras at a distance of some 600 nautical miles.

I am an African. I owe my being to the hills and the valleys, the mountains and the glades, the rivers, the deserts, the trees, the flowers, the seas and the ever-changing seasons that define the face of our native land.
I am not African because I was born in Africa but because Africa was born in me.
Africa has her mysteries and even a wise man cannot understand them. But a wise man respects them.

For as long as I can remember, I have been passionately intrigued by ‘Africa,’ by the word itself, by its flora and fauna, its topographical diversity and grandeur; but above all else, by the sheer variety of the colors of its people.
